The company hospital Tanah Radja was established in the Asahan region (Eastcoast of Sumatra in the health ressort Kisaran. The NV Indische Rubber Company exploited 2,800 ha of rubber plantations and was established 22 km west of Tandjoenbalai in the neighbourhood of Kisaran.
