This Gouvernements Burgerlijke Ziekeninrichting (Government Civil Hospital) was established at Pandeglang in West Java.

Pandeglang was a Regency  and district of the Residency of Bantam, province of West Java.The Regency had 254,000 inhabitants, of whom 121 Europeans and 1,700 Chinese. (Gonggryp 1934, 1122).

This hospital in West-Java (Banten) still existed in 2011 with a capacity of 86 beds. It is established on the Jalan Kesehatan no. 1 at Pandeglang. It used to be a Government civil hospital with three nursing classes: 2nd class (tariff f 6), 3rd class (tariff f 3) and 4th class (tariff f 1,50 per day). See Bijblad van het Staatsblad van Nederlandsch Indie (Supplement to the NI Statutebook) no. 11446 of 30 August 1927.
